Charlotte Zhang is a multi-talented composer, sound designer, and AI artist with a strong foundation in music technology. During her studies at New York University's Steinhardt School of Music Technology, Charlotte has developed a unique blend of artistic expression and technical expertise. Her work seamlessly integrates traditional music composition with cutting-edge AI-driven projects, creating immersive, multisensory experiences.

Charlotte’s music journey began with performances in renowned venues like Vienna's Golden Hall, San Francisco Symphony, and Shanghai's Oriental Art Center, where she showcased her talents as a pianist and singer. She has 6 years of experience in concert choirs, musicals, and chamber music, and has further refined her craft through studies at Juilliard's Extension Program, exploring composition, scoring, and sound design. Additionally, Charlotte studied songwriting with Grammy-award-winning producer Dave Tozer and Grammy-award-winning songwriter David Wolfert.

Charlotte’s career spans high-profile ventures in both music and technology. At the renowned James Dolan Recording Studio, she worked hands-on with Grammy-award-winning musicians, gaining advanced experience in sound recording, mixing, and post-production. She has also been involved in groundbreaking projects like Sing It Tattoo, an interactive music experience merging art and technology, and Dreams of You, an original composition inspired by California’s serene landscapes.

As an entrepreneur, Charlotte founded SpaceDog Tattoo, where she led innovative product and branding strategies, driving significant social media engagement and sales growth. She has also applied her marketing and creative expertise to Michelin-starred restaurant Cheng Long Hang, where her strategies boosted customer loyalty and digital engagement.

Her diverse skill set includes programming (Python, Java, Arduino), digital audio workstations (Pro Tools, Logic ProX), and generative AI. Passionate about the intersection of technology, music, and visual storytelling, Charlotte continues to explore new ways to push creative boundaries.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Charlotte enjoys opera singing, horseback riding, and packaging design.
